Beginning the evening of July 8th through the morning of July 11th, MSCU will undergo a systems migration process that will affect account access. Member debit and credit cards will work throughout the weekend. However, mobile banking/online banking, Bill Payer, Shared Branching and Touchtone Teller access will NOT be available during this time. Please make plans NOW so you are prepared. Our offices will also be closed on Saturday, July 9th as our systems will be unavailable.
Touchtone Teller Update: When Touchtone Teller activates on Monday morning, it will be a new, enhanced system. New options include being able to select English or Spanish, using voice or key commands and more. Plus, you are guided through all transactions, so codes are no longer necessary. All accounts under your SSN will be recognized under one log in (similar to online banking).
