Partial Job Description - Direct the flow of traffic in the drive-thru. Greet members and visitors while providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to all guests. Demonstrate a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Receive and pay out money, and keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions. Cross-sells products and services. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, and attention to detail is a must. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm and every other Saturday 8:45 am to 1:15 pm
MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Reports to: Member Service Manager - Westchase
Partial Job Description - Looking for service-focused individual to accommodate member needs in the Call Center regarding account services and loan applications. Assists members with online banking issues and responds to email requests. Cross sells MemberSource products and services. Performs research on accounts. Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Requires critical thinking and effective communication skills, and the ability to resolve member issues.
Call Center and/or extensive customer service experience required. Previous financial institution experience preferred. Must be proficient in a Windows based environment. Bilingual Spanish required.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and every other Saturday 8:45 am to 1:15 pm
