Never Miss a Payment With Text Message Reminders
Members with loan payments will receive a text message regarding upcoming loan payments. A direct link will be included in the text to payment options including Apple Pay or other credit card payment. Additionally, members may opt to continue making their MemberSource CU loan payment in any manner they choose. These messages will be sent from number 32576. To accept/activate these reminders, simply reply YES to the initial text.
Text Message Workflow:
- Opt in message sent 15 days before payment due date
- Message One - 10 days before payment due date
- Message Two - 3 days before payment due date
- Message Three - 3 days AFTER payment due date
Once a payment is made, the messages will not continue to be sent. If you do not wish to receive these messages, simply opt out by replying STOP. If you wish to resume receiving these messages, send the word MEMBERSOURCE to 32576.
